Stadium Building: Everton shows Man Utd how not to Use Public Fund

A successful test evacuation was held by Everton at their NEW STADIUM at Bramley Moore Dock on Sunday, after which it has now been revealed that only two per cent of the entire £800million cost of building the Stadium came through public money.

This is a different scenario from Manchester United whose owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants hundreds of millions of pounds of PUBLIC MONEY to enable the construction of the NEW MODERN OLD TRAFFORD.

Almost all the Fans attending the test event,  said it was right that Everton wasn't  given public money to build their STADIUM because as a Premier League CLUB and in A  CITY SHORT OF PUBLIC CASH and PUBLIC SERVICES, How would it look like? 40-year-old Jan Stevens said as she joined the evacuation. So, it should be the same for Manchester United. No, public money should be given them.

Part of the club's attempt to secure a safety certificate for the WATERFRONT STADIUM 52,888-capacity ,which  they will play from next season was an evacuation, and a match between Everton's and Bolton Wanderers' under-21s.


As Many as 25,000 fans at the test event were experiencing the stadium for the first time, and It was clear to see that the steep sided stands, a unique part of American architect Dan Meis' work is framed to maintain the intensity of Goodison  park and create an intense atmosphere when the Toffees are playing.
