Arsenal set to pluck Tammy Abraham from Roma.

If the Qatar world were staged last year, one man would have been a sure bet to be in the England Squad, that man is Tammy Abraham, after his blistering and amazing first season with Roma in the Eternal City of Rome as the 25-year-old scored 17 times in Serie A, while he scored 27 goals in all competitions.

However, his performance has been underwhelming in his second season as he has scored three times in 15 top-flight games for Jose Mourinho’s side which also shut the former Chelsea youngsterout of the England squad named by Gareth Southgate for the World Cup in Qatar.

Obviously, there will be speculation about his immediate future so it wasn't a surprising news to hear that Arsenal are still in the hunt to bring him back to the Premier league.

Speculations have always persisted about him been a boyhood Arsenal fan even though he eventually developed in the color of Chelsea where he has even scored some cracking goals against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

This will be a win win stadium if Arsenal eventually goes for him because the Emirates Landlord needs more fire power upfront in their bid to win a first league title since 2003/04 when they went a whole season unbeaten enroute winning the title under Arsene Wenger. Also, a journey back home will surely revitalize a Tammy Abraham who is more tactical in his game now than before having cut off the rough edges under Jose Mourinho.
